What are all the different 9000s that were produced? I have the 9000Pro (and love it!) and the Mk3 added HDCD functionality.

Is there such a thing as a Mk2 version, as with the 1000 and 7000 series DSPs?

Was the 9000Pro only available in black? Were the silver and gold finishes optional, or did they indicate something special?

I've been offered a Mk3, but from the pictures I've seen it looks exactly the same as my 9000Pro...
